We guarantee that if you are not happy with the product you purchased from us, you may return any new and unused part to us within 90 days from the date it was shipped from our warehouse. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price except for shipping charges which are non-refundable.
All returns must be accompanied by an RGA number.

RETURNS
All returns must have an RGA# written on the outside of the package. Any returns without an RGA# will be refused. Please call for your RGA#. Returned items are subject to a 15% handling charge.

All Orders are shipped C.O.D. unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made. Our open account billing period ends on the 25th.

BACK ORDERS
Back orders are gladly accepted but you must request them to be held.

CLAIMS
Carton shortages and damages should be claimed against the carrier at the time of delivery. Any shortages within the shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
